I work at the intersection of user research, systems thinking, and visual craft. My focus is on products where a bad experience costs you the moment, live sports, streaming, real-time data, and a great one keeps millions of fans inside your ecosystem.
I've led end-to-end design at Fox Corporation and EXL, and built on a foundation of HCI research from UT Austin. I bring the strategic thinking to align stakeholders and the craft to ship work that looks and feels considered.
